Initial Consultation and First Session $100
Duration: 90 minutes
Invest in your health with a comprehensive initial consultation. This session includes an in-depth assessment of your current fitness level, lifestyle habits, and personal goals. Together, we’ll develop a tailored action plan that aligns with your unique needs, all while ensuring a holistic approach to your wellness journey.
Regular Training Session $70
Duration: 60 minutes
Join me for a dynamic regular training session designed to challenge and motivate you. Each session includes personalized workouts that incorporate a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises. With a focus on form, technique, and progressive training, you’ll build strength, endurance, and confidence in your abilities. I will help you find joy in movement and devote yourself to a routine.
Next steps after purchasing a consultation:
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a phone call or text message personally from Greg to schedule up your session.
You’ll also receive an email with all of your intake form and contract/waiver which must be filled out 48 hours prior to your first session.
Intake forms do not need to be filled out for repeat clients, but a new contract must be signed each year.
No refunds will be offered for personal training sessions. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will happily reschedule a session one time with 48 hour notice. We will not reschedule sessions multiple times.
